  "message": "rtc-screen: Fix to improve scroll quality\n\nFor realtime screen: turn off the speed feature\nthat reduces subpel motion search\n(set sf-\u003ereduce_mv_pel_precision_highmotion to 0).\n\nAnd fix the counter updates of the last num_col/row_blscroll,\nwith adjustment of some conditions for setting the high\nmotion flag.\n\nThese changes give overall better scroll detection for\nhigh resolution screen. In particular it reduces/removes\nthe visual regression observed in scaled source with scrolling,\nobserved in the issue below.
