Access bottom-right 4x4 block in sub8x8 neighbor for obmc When the neighbor block is coded in sub8x8 block size, use the bottom-right 4x4 luma block coding mode to produce obmc reference. Change-Id: Icecccf5ddf95e8b9e65b36fdb6fa176691591a8e
