  "message": "Match the decoder\u0027s prev segment map on resize\n\nThe encoder took cm-\u003elast_frame_seg_map from the previous frame\nwhatever its size. After a frame size change it read that map with the\nnew mi_cols, past its end when the previous frame was smaller, and\nbuilds with asserts could stop on segment_id \u003c MAX_SEGMENTS in\nget_segment_id(). When the map isn\u0027t updated on that frame, the\nencoder also took the segment ids from it, while the decoder uses\nsegment 0 for every block, so the stream fails to decode.\n\nUse the previous map only when its size matches, like the decoder.\nWhen the map isn\u0027t updated and there is no previous map, clear the\nframe\u0027s map as the decoder does, so the next frame predicts from the\nsame map.\n\nThe new test sets an active map once and codes one frame at half\nsize.
