  "message": "Remove ediv_size_correction.\n\nRemoves the frame size correction to the error divisor used when\nestimating the active worst quality in 2-pass vbr. In fact in VP9 the\nadjustment based on frame size went the other way, but this could\nbe part of an interaction with other changes in VP9 not yet ported\nover.\n\nChange the default ERROR_DIVISOR to 96 such that the change is\nneutral for 1080P.\n\nSubstantial metric gains for lowres and ugc360p.\nResults more mixed for midres.\n? Small net gains for hdres (720p) but not all test points completed.\n\nlowres  -0.597\t-0.637\t-0.866\t-0.640\nmidres  -0.027\t-0.031\t-0.259\t 0.183\nugc360p -0.785\t-0.599\t-1.435\t-0.581\nhdres   -0.077\t-0.132\t 0.009\t-0.106\n\nNote that this change alters the active q range calculation.\nFor small image formats in particular it may often result in a\nhigher minQ value, especially for early key frames and alt ref\nframes.
