remove build/cmake/ios*

iosbuild.sh has been broken since the removal of configure; libaom.a
can be built with:
cmake path/to/aom \
  -DCMAKE_TOOLCHAIN_FILE=path/to/aom/build/cmake/toolchains/<ios.cmake>

where ios.cmake is one of:
arm64-ios.cmake
armv7-ios.cmake
armv7s-ios.cmake
x86_64-ios-simulator.cmake
x86-ios-simulator.cmake

if a framekwork or xcframework becomes necessary it may be easier to
start with a new script and use this as a reference.
