  "message": "A few fixes for ext-inter\n\n* When wedge and compound-segment are disabled, we don\u0027t use\n  compound_type_cdf, but it still gets copied around, averaged, etc.\n  It\u0027s slightly nicer to avoid that when it isn\u0027t necessary.\n\n* Fix an anomaly with cb4x4: We had (schematically)\n  \u0027if (bsize \u003c 8X8 \u0026\u0026 CB4X4)\u0027, which is backwards when compared to\n  other similar conditions elsewhere in the code.\n  Change this to \u0027if (bsize \u003c 8X8 \u0026\u0026 !CB4X4)\" to match other code.\n\nChange-Id: If802cf4f305c30cd642d0d5dd6610b547b52a027\n",
