  "message": "Don\u0027t allow global motion to be enabled after the first frame\n\nGlobal motion search needs an image pyramid in every source and\nreference frame buffer, but pyramids are only allocated while global\nmotion is enabled, and existing buffers are not reallocated when the\nsetting changes. So enabling global motion after the first frame,\neither with AV1E_SET_ENABLE_GLOBAL_MOTION or implicitly by changing\nlarge_scale_tile from 1 to 0 with aom_codec_enc_config_set(), caused\nan assertion failure in av1_encode_frame() in debug builds:\n\n  Assertion `buf-\u003ebuf.y_pyramid\u0027 failed.\n\n\nand a NULL pointer dereference in aom_compute_pyramid() in release\nbuilds.\n\nOnce the first frame has been received (i.e., the lookahead has been\ncreated), ignore requests to enable global motion. Global motion can\nstill be disabled.
