av1_return_max/min_sub_pixel_mv: set sse1 output

After "50 * error < sse" was added to tf_motion_search() in
commit f6f2deb, av1_return_max_sub_pixel_mv() and
av1_return_min_sub_pixel_mv() must set their sse1 output parameter,
otherwise the local variable `sse` in tf_motion_search() will be used
uninitialized in the AV1/MotionVectorTestLarge.OverallTest/* tests.

TEST: Run
  test_libaom --gtest_filter=AV1/MotionVectorTestLarge.OverallTest/*
under valgrind or MemorySanitizer.
