  "message": "setup experimental infrastructure\n\nThis patch creates some basic infrastructure for doing bitstream-\nincompatible changes to the VP8 encoder. The key parts are:\n\n - --enable-experimental configure switch, to enable support for this\n   incompatible bitstream. This switch is required to be set to enable\n   any \"experiments\"\n\n - A list for \"experiments\" which translate into --enable-\u003cexperiment\u003e\n   options and CONFIG_\u003cexperiment\u003e macros.\n\n - The high bit of the \"Version\" field is used to indicate that the\n   bitstream was produced by an experimental encoder.
