Fix an asan failure SIMD convovle functions, such as filter_horiz_v4p_ssse3(), assume that 10-tap filters are defined using 12 taps with both end taps being 0. BUG=aomedia:380 Change-Id: Id8a87ae8a1330bed0452441ab8345276857220af
