Merge changes Ic3a68557,Ib1dbe41a,I0da09270,Ibdbd720d into nextgenv2 * changes: Deringing cleanup: remove DERING_REFINEMENT (always on now) Don't run the deringing filter on skipped blocks within a superblock Don't dering skipped superblocks On x86 use _mm_set_epi32 when _mm_cvtsi64_si128 isn't available
