  "message": "Enable adaptive txb search\n\nSeach the transform block size and kernel type adaptively\nconditioned on the relative rate distortion cost target. When the\nrate distortion target is lower, the need for extensive transform\nblock partition and type search is relatively lower, hence allowing\nto skip finer searches.\n\nEnable this speed feature in speed 1.
