Drop support for CONFIG_EMULATE_HARDWARE

This experiment complexifies DSP function dispatch, without bringing
any real value (it's non-normative arbitrary behaviour).
Moreover, it only has an effect on obsolete transforms, the new ones
don't implement this mechanism.
