  "message": "Chessboard pattern partition search\n\nThis commit enables a chessboard pattern constrained partition\nsearch for 720p and above resolutions. The scheme applies stricter\npartition search to alternative blocks based on its above/left\nneighboring blocks\u0027 partition range, as well as that of the\ncollocated blocks in the previous frame. It is currently turned\non at 16x16 block size level.
