  "message": "[CFL] Constant Propagated TX_SIZE for subsampling\n\nMacros to generate subsampling functions for each\nTX_SIZE supported by CfL. This allows the compiler\nto inline a generic version of the function into\neach variation. The benefit of this is that the\nwidth and the height are constant inside this\nfunction.
