  "message": "Fix a bug when combining new-quant + supertx\n\nPreviously, we assumed that av1_init_plane_quantizers is always called with\nsegment_id \u003d\u003d xd-\u003emi[0]-\u003embmi.segment_id (and use the latter to derive the value\nof \u0027qindex\u0027 to use in the quantizer). But this is no longer true when supertx\nis enabled.
