That inversion cannot express a
list twice, and it has to be reconstructed by scanning every item whenever the
list is needed.

Store the list where the file puts it, on the derived item, and turn the read
sites into membership or position lookups. avifFillDimgIdxToItemIdxArray() then
reads the list directly instead of rebuilding it, and its assertion on the tile
count becomes an ordinary check.

Section 8.11.12.1 of ISO/IEC 14496-12 says a given value shall occur at most
once within a given array, which is checked against the list, and that a value
may occur in several arrays, which the single valued field could not represent.

Also drops avifReferencesOld() and avifDecoderItemIsAlphaAuxOld() from eb67309:
with the list, the synthetic alpha grid can hold one auxiliary item in several
cells, which is what that workaround was avoiding.
Parse 'iref' and 'grpl' children within their own box size (#3321)

avifParseItemReferenceBox() and avifParseGroupsListBox() read the child
box header, then read the child's fields straight from the parent stream
and never use the size they just read. Every other child box loop in
read.c parses the child inside a stream bounded by the child's size and
then skips the parent stream by that size.

On 'grpl' this is visible with a real file. An EntityToGroupBox may
carry grouping-type-specific data after the entity_id array; the MPEG
reference software has a field for exactly that, and the 'prsl' group
of ISO/IEC 14496-12 uses it. libavif consumes only the generic fields,
then reads the first bytes of that data as the size of the next
EntityToGroupBox and rejects the whole file.

On 'iref' it is the mirror case: a reference_count that reaches past
the child box end is satisfied from the bytes after the box. ffmpeg and
GPAC both reject that input.

Bound both loops to the child box size and skip the parent stream by it.
Honour the base image stride in the tone map early exit (#3316)

avifRGBImageApplyGainMap() has a fast path for the case where the gain map
does not need to be applied and the pixel format matches. It copies the base
image in one memcpy sized from baseImage->rowBytes, which assumes the source
and destination strides are equal. That assumption was only checked by an
assert(), so it disappears under NDEBUG.

The destination is normally allocated by avifRGBImageAllocatePixels(), which
sets rowBytes to width * avifRGBImagePixelSize() with no padding, while
avif.h documents that an avifRGBImage rowBytes only has to be "at least
(->width * avifRGBImagePixelSize())". A caller supplying a padded base image,
which is what an Android Bitmap or a cropped GPU readback produces, therefore
makes the memcpy read and write rowBytes * height bytes into a buffer holding
only width * pixelSize * height.

Promote the assert into the branch condition. When the strides differ the
early exit is skipped and control falls through to the existing per pixel
loop, which already goes through avifGetRGBAPixel and avifSetRGBAPixel and so
honours both strides. There is no behaviour change when the strides are
equal.

Add ToneMapTest.ToneMapRGBPaddedBaseStride covering a padded base stride. It
builds its images in memory and needs no test data.
Fix AvifDecodeTest.NonPersistentIOBug506387278

AvifDecodeTest.NonPersistentIOBug506387278 fails when libaom or libgav1
is used as the AV1 decoder, because the test input file
poc_b_506387278.avif contains errors.

The first error is easier to fix. The two padding OBUs do not contain
trailing bits. This is fixed with the following Python script:

```
with open("tests/data/poc_b_506387278.avif", "r+b") as f:
 f.seek(0x1702)
 f.write(b'\\x80')
 f.seek(0x559a)
 f.write(b'\\x80')
```

Note: The two padding OBUs can be identified by searching for the byte
0x7a, which is the OBU header for a padding OBU. The OBU sizes for the
two padding OBUs are 0xbc 0x26 and 0xf0 0x7c, respectively, when encoded
in leb128().

The second error is harder to fix. The data for the first image contains
partial frame data for the second frame. The extra incomplete frame data
makes avifDecoderNextImage() fail when libaom or libgav1 is used as the
AV1 decoder. Since this test is originally intended for CrabbyAvif and
dav1d, in libavif it is used as a fuzz test, so we can relax the
expected results of the avifDecoderNextImage() calls in the test."
