Rename s_lh to avoid conflict w/ same-named macro
Rename the variable s_lh to avoid conflict with a same-named macro
defined by the Windows system header inaddr.h (included via windows.h).
Also rename related variables s_16l, s_16h, s_ll, s_hl, and s_hh for
consistency. Change "l" to "lo" and "h" to "hi".
