Fix issue in AV1HighBDJNTCOMPAVGUPSAMPLEDTest

The alignment requirements of output buffer for
aom_highbd_upsampled_pred_sse2 are corrected
in AV1HighBDJNTCOMPAVGUPSAMPLEDTest.
